Off-Season Gauntlet '26
Coach Lou's Off-Season Gauntlet '26 (Oct 5, 2026 – Feb 2027) is an Explosive Labs off-season training program focused on building velocity, command, strength, and injury prevention for youth baseball players. Training blocks are split by age group (13U/14U and High School 15U–18U) with set weekly time slots, and spots are limited and first-come, first-served. To join, athletes register through Futures and submit a Training Block Form to reserve their session — those paying by cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle register first, then contact Coach Lou to arrange payment.

Explosive Labs is a pitching and hitting training facility in Akron, Ohio, run by Coach Lou. We work with athletes 11 and up who are serious about getting better — not just staying in shape. Over 13 years, we've built a program around arm care, biomechanics, and velocity training that gets real results: harder throws, healthier arms, more innings. This isn't a toss-and-jog camp. It's data, reps, and coaching built for athletes who want to compete at the next level.
